1、G-蛋白偶联受体(GPCR) 变构调节剂的设计、合成及生物活性研究；

2、GPCR二聚化的化学生物学研究；

3、多靶点GPCR配体小分子的设计、合成及生物活性研究；

4、GPCR荧光探针的设计、合成及作用机制研究。
